Introduction

Welcome to Gomegle! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Gomegle waitlist form ("Waitlist") and the Gomegle mobile application ("App"), a friend-finding platform developed and operated by Seldom Labs Private Limited, based in India.

By submitting your details via the waitlist form or by using the App, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the waitlist or the app.

Please read these Terms carefully, as they contain important information about your rights and responsibilities.

1. Eligibility

By joining the Gomegle waitlist or using the app, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when filling out the waitlist form.
• Seldom Labs reserves the right to remove any user if false or misleading information is found.

2. Registration and Waitlist

To join the waitlist, you must provide certain personal information. By submitting your details, you agree that:

• Your information will be used per the Privacy Policy.
• You may receive updates regarding your waitlist status and app development.
• Your data may support internal research and product improvement.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Gomegle lawfully. You must not:

• Submit false information
• Disrupt the system
• Use Gomegle for unlawful purposes

4. Data Collection and Use

By submitting your information, you consent to data handling as outlined in our Privacy Policy. This includes managing your waitlist status, sending updates, and anonymized analytics.

5. Communication and Notifications

You agree to receive communications including waitlist status updates, onboarding, and service notices. You may opt out of marketing, but essential notifications will continue.

6. Intellectual Property

All Gomegle content is the intellectual property of Seldom Labs or its licensors. You may use it only for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

Gomegle is provided as-is. Seldom Labs is not liable for direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from use or inability to access the app or waitlist.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for breaches, fraud, or legal requirements. Terminated users lose access and eligibility for the app.

9. Modifications to Terms

Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance. We recommend reviewing them regularly.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to New Delhi courts’ jurisdiction.
